He is the author of three books including:

book Getting Started in Personal and
Executive Coaching (2004), which has become a best seller
less than two months after release.
Stephen is a Registered Corporate Coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC),
has earned a Master's degree in Counseling and a second Master's in
Clinical Psychology and is in
the final stages of obtaining his doctorate in clinical psychology.
When he is not coaching an entrepreneur or working on
a new book, you will find Stephen either traveling all over the world
(he's visited over 16 foreign countries in the last 3 years), fishing
in the Caribbean, off-roading in the Colorado Rockies, or relaxing on
a cruise ship (4 cruises in the last 2 years). His personal philosophy
of running a business is, “If I'm going to work hard I have to play
harder to stay focused.”
"This book achieves a
rare balance between breadth and depth that’s useful for coaches
at all levels in their practices and careers. Stephen's insight
into various professions, such as mental health and information
technology, adds a layer of substance, making this book far
superior to the traditional how-to book for starting a coaching
practice. I was inspired to take my practice to the next level!“
